How can I remove Plaster of Paris from molds? Answer this question + 8 . Answered. I'm interested in taking molds that are used to make ceramics and use those molds for plaster. I know that the molds have to be sealed with shellac, which I have done. Now I can't get the item out of the mold in one piece. Not sure where to go from here.
